Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including all accessories).
If the product is returned due to quality issues, please provide relevant photos or other supporting documents.
Return Process

Waiting for review
We will review your request within 1-2 business days after receiving it and provide a return address and detailed instructions for eligible return requests.
Returning the product
Please ensure that the product is properly packaged and sent back via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for damaged products during the return process.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account.
Return Shipping
For returns due to quality problems or wrong goods, the shipping costs are borne by us.
For returns due to other reasons (such as change of mind), the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
